Rwanda Children Education Foundation Sewing School has a visit from the Laconia Christian Academy Students. The students are in Rwanda on a Service Learning trip. Each of the ten mothers in this school is being trained in their future profession of seamstress, and each will be eligible for a micro-business loan once they complete their course. The ladies showed the LCA students what they have accomplished so far….making dresses, skirts, shirts, shorts, embroidery writing and much more. The mothers will also receive business training to help them initiate and grow their micro-business.
Together we are making a difference!
