During our visit to Rwanda in December, we visited three different schools.
The first day in Rwanda the RCEF team visited the school situated right next to our property in the Ntarama Village.
There are 2200 students in this school including a number of RCEF sponsored boys and girls. The students here are on double sessions with half the students attending school in the morning, and the other in the afternoon. We met with the Principal and presented a bag of soccer balls to the school.

The following week we visited Darlene at a prestigious Christian school for girls. Darlene is being cared for by her grandmother who is very proud of her success in her studies.

An elementary school sponsored by a large church denomination was visited that same day. We met with two sponsored boys and encouraged them to keep working hard in their studies.
Education is key to ending the cycle poverty. That is why we sponsor as many very poor and vulnerable boys and girls as possible.

RCEF has more students who need sponsors. Would you like to help?
Please click the donate button to make a tax-deductible gift. The cost to sponsor a student in grades K through 6 is $27 per month or $325 per year. Sponsorship provides for school fees, uniforms, school materials, health insurance, and supplemental food for the families. It also makes micro loans available to the parents to start a business.
The cost for grades 7-12 is $325 per trimester or $975 per year in Boarding School. This provides tuition, uniforms, school supplies, personal hygiene supplies, health insurance, and pocket money. Parents of these students are also eligible for a micro finance loan to start a business.
Make your donation, and we will be in contact with you to assign a specific child.
