This week RCEF’s Executive Director Jeanine visited the home and family of Jean de dieu who is one of RCEF’s students and is in the 10th grade. Jean is one of ten children and is a very intelligent young man. A few years ago RCEF found him sitting around his street because he had no money to go to school. He and his younger brother, Jean Claude, are now in school, excelling in their studies and very grateful for this opportunity.
While there, Jeanine brought the parents a financial gift and prayed with the family.
RCEF supports children who show potential from families who are vulnerable because they have been hard hit by poverty.
