About Us
We bring hope and opportunity to the most vulnerable.
RCEF supports schooling, health insurance, nutrition, micro loans, vocational training and safe & secure housing.
We presently sponsor 178 students. In partnership with Rotary, RCEF provides loans to parents/guardians of sponsored students in order to help them start businesses and provide income for their families.
RCEF is approved by the Rwanda Governance Board (since 2017) and maintains an office in Kigali staffed by skilled and committed staff members and volunteers.

The mission of RCEF is to give hope and bright futures to vulnerable children and youth in Rwanda.
