The RCEF Christmas Party took place the Saturday before Christmas at the Government building in Gasabo District of Kigali. The Government made this room available to RCEF free of charge. Thank you Gasabo District for your generosity.
Our Students received a bag of candy, backpacks and RCEF T-shirts. The students took time to write thank you letters to their sponsors before dinner. Some parents were invited to the party to witness the presentation of scholastic awards to the top 17 students. This cash award was equivalent to receiving $12.
A meal was served including meat, rice, potatoes, bananas and vegetables. A dessert Christmas cake was enjoyed by all.
The entertainment included speeches by staff, parents, government official and students.
Then there was time for dancing, which everyone enjoyed.

Everyone went home thankful and happy.
